There are a total of 17 films in the series. Each film is 55 minutes in duration. • Two of the films offer fascinating overviews of the topic of popular music. • Fourteen of the films are each dedicated to a different American musical genre. • And one film celebrates the contributions of The Beatles -- who drew so much of their inspiration from American music. For this special July 4th weekend tribute -- the seventeen films have been arranged into a series of seven special programs. The two overview films are being shown as FREE-ADMISSION screenings! The other fifteen films have been organized into five programs - each containing three films. As you will see below, the three films in each program are always musically-related. eg one program contains the films on Ragtime, Jazz and Swing. Another contains the films on Blues, Rhythm & Blues and Early Rock ‘n’ Roll. You can attend the programs that contain just the musical genres that appeal to you. And if you wish to experience the entire series of five programs (plus the two free screenings) -- there is a special Series Ticket available -- that offers you a substantial discount over buying tickets for the programs individually. Plus guaranteed VIP seating for all programs. AND everyone who buys the special Series Ticket will also receive a FREE DVD of one of the films in the series! Filmmaker Tony Palmer is flying to L.A. specially for the event - and he will personally introduce each of the seven programs. He will provide background to the series and share some of his experiences making the films. See Ticket Prices All You Need Is Love - Program 1 - FREE ADMISSION!!!
